Everyone at The Willows very friendly, kind and thoughtful. Food is excellent and tasty. If my relative requires something else the chef will always get it. Phone calls always answered, and my relative enjoys chatting to us. A carer always accompanies him on his trips to clinics etc.

Geraldine C (Relative of Resident)

Always met with friendly, pleasant staff and made to feel welcome. Care and help to residents always appears excellent.

L F (Nephew of Resident)

I would recommend this care home to anyone who asked me due to the care and compassion shown towards my mum whilst she resided here. The food was always described by my mum as plentiful and delicious and she was never short of a cup of tea or a biscuit. We were able to personalise her room and bring some of her own furniture. All the staff took the time to speak to my mum and when I phoned or visited we were always given a good update by people who appeared to genuinely know my mum. The staff work so hard here, it may not be the ritz but it is homely just how my mum liked it. The care, compassion and respect that were shown to my mum, my brother and I when my mum was ill and sadly passed away were exceptional, I cannot thank them enough.

S E (Son of Resident)

Excellent care for my dad, who was there for three years and was well looked after, plus he also renewed his wedding vows to my mum, and they did all food and drink, and they never charged us. He died about three weeks ago, and they organised the wake.

Mark O (Son of Resident)

My brother is no longer able to live alone. It has been a terrible battle to convince him to take a care break at The Meadows. In his mind he hated the idea of a care home - on the day he arrived he told me repeatedly that he would not stay. Within an hour, he felt the warmth of The Meadows - physically and metaphorically. My wish was always to find staff that treated residents like family. The manager and all the staff are amazing. The food and atmosphere are unbelievably brilliant. I cannot speak highly enough.

Donna D (Sister of Resident)
