Our Homes

At Cardinal Healthcare, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents, their families feel valued and heard. We believe in empowering our residents to have a voice in the running of our homes, and we encourage the formation of a resident’s committee in each of our homes.

This committee will be given the opportunity to discuss and make decisions on a range of topics, including meals, activities, seasonal events, well-being, religious practices, finances and any other issues that may impact the quality of service they receive. The committee will have an independent chair who will report back to the Operations Manager on a quarterly basis with their proposals.

We are committed to implementing these proposals to the best of our ability, and we will always prioritise the best interests of our residents. However, in cases where we are unable to fulfil the committee’s requests for various reasons, we will have an open and transparent discussion with them to explain our rationale and explore alternative solutions.

At Cardinal Healthcare, we value the opinions and ideas of our residents, their families and advocates. We will always strive to create a caring and inclusive environment where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns with us.

The Cardinal Healthcare Group has a long-standing commitment to giving back to the community. For over 25 years, our directors have proudly sponsored various charitable organisations, including Care International, Dignity in Care, Plan International, Action Aid, British Red Cross, and most recently, Guildford Philanthropy.

Caring for others is at the core of our values and principles, and we are dedicated to supporting organisations that share these same ideals. We believe that supporting these charities is a vital part of our mission to give back to the community and make a positive impact on the lives of those around us.
